💪Crew Lead Edition: Fueled by grit, snacks, and a love of rock work, her blue helmet is the secret to her power. She’s got the skills to get the work done and make it fun!
🚵♀️Rider Edition: Rides to the worksite to get her miles in before trail day and spends meticulous time buffing out those areas on the trail that will make it smooth like butta 🧈 (*cough*cough* improve her Strava time).
🍭 Trail Grom Edition: Always accompanied by an adult and wielding tools smaller than most, but she’s the life of the party! Did someone say snacks and wheelbarrow rides - our Grom is here for it.

👉 We had over 100 riders on trails with our TAMBA, Board, Staff, and Dedicated Volunteers leading routes! We loved riding with all of you, exchanging stories, trying new things and having the immense opportunity of showing you some of our favorite places to ride !!
🍻 The parking lot takeover outside of @sierrasurfclubtahoe and the @evo_hotel in Tahoe City was a huge hit featuring @southlakebrewco beer, food, and stacked raffle prizes. Not to mention @ascenttahoe PT booth! We raised money for our Tahoe trails and could not have done it without all of you.
Ever grateful for incredible partners like Evo, South Lake Brewing Company, & Ascent, not to mention the community that makes this all possible. Thank you for the amazing turn out and we will see you again soon !

Senator Mike Lee introduced a new proposal to sell off public lands on June 25th - this time targeting 1.2 million acres of BLM land in the West.
We do not anticipate an impact to the Lake Tahoe Basin, however, it is important to continue to use your voices in opposition of the sale of public lands. Let’s preserve recreation, the economies recreation supports, and the places we love.
The outdoor community came together in the last few weeks, let’s do it again !
Many organizations are reviewing the bill and GIS maps, more to come as those are analyzed.

We are all still buzzing from the Tahoe Mountain Bike Festival 2025 weekend and the smiles on these faces say it all. Thank you for coming out to ride bikes and celebrate our trails as well as our amazing community! There were demos, shuttles, clinics, music, shenanigans, friendships, and fun!

UPDATE: This post followed the blocking of the initial public land proposal on June 24, which was blocked by the Senate Parliamentarian. While this is a victory to celebrate, public lands are still under threat. Since then, a revision was released with a change in scope to exclude USFS land. BLM lands are still at risk, while not directly impacting our land and trails in the basin, it us important to continue to us your voice. Please see Iink in bio for the Outdoor Alliance action form. Let’s bring the outdoor community together to oppose the sale of public lands!
BREAKING NEWS! Thanks to thousands of voices (including yours), the proposal to sell off up to 3.3 million acres in public land has been removed from the Senate’s budget reconciliation bill, for the time being.
The Bill was blocked by the Senate Parliamentarian, however Senator Mike Lee is expected to revise the provision, potentially narrowing its scope. Public lands are expected to still be on the chopping block in this revision.
Over the past two weeks, hundreds of thousands of outdoor enthusiasts - alongside hunters, anglers, motorized users, and conservationists - spoke up to defend public lands.
This is a step in the right direction and proof that your voice matters. Stay tuned, stay vocal, and stay ready to protect the places we ride & recreate.
